We house bandsaw metal cutting machines, face and side turning lathes, surface grinding machines, milling machines for thread form milling, tool and cutter grinders, thread grinders for form cutters, creep-feed profile grinders, and profile projectors with varying magnifications. This comprehensive suite of equipment ensures that our threading tools meet the highest standards of precision and quality.
To maintain our unwavering commitment to precision, all our manufacturing facilities are equipped with calibrated instruments for the meticulous measurement of dimensions, profiles, and forms. Our heat treatment section is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including salt bath hardening furnaces with infra-red radiation pyrometers and micro-processor-based controllers, pre-heating furnaces, stress relieving furnaces, and tempering furnaces. These facilities, combined with hardness testers, job cleaning machines, and brushing and buffing machines, enable us to achieve the precise heat treatment required for optimal tool performance.
Our manufacturing facilities are powered by a 99 KVA connected load, backed by reliable D.G. sets, ensuring uninterrupted operations even in challenging circumstances.
